Dear Parent(s),

On behalf of the Board, faculty, staff, and administration, I want to thank you for investing in kingdom education at CCS this year. It has been a year of changes, challenges, and blessings which I believe have worked to advance the work of the Lord both in our hearts and here at our school. Although it seems 2008 is barely underway, in order to be good stewards of our personnel and facilities, we are already planning for the 2008-2009 school year.

The first step in our planning phase is reenrollment. Once again we are utilizing on-line reenrollment for our current students. You will access your student(s) reenrollment application for the 2008-2009 school year through RenWeb beginning January 21st.

The reenrollment information must be filled out on-line and the reenrollment fee sent to the CCS Business Office within two business days of completing the application. Your reenrollment fee must be returned no later than February 6, 2008 to secure a place next year for your student(s) at the discounted rate. With some grades presently at capacity and others near capacity, we anticipate that most grade levels will have waiting lists by summer time.  Therefore, I encourage you to fill out the application in a timely manner and get it in by February 6th.

Please also note the  tuition and fee schedule for 2008-2009 (link above). Tuition has been adjusted to reflect increased costs to the school, our commitment to provide fair compensation to our employees and our responsibility to service the debt on school facilities.
 
Please be aware that there is a tuition assistance program based on financial need. Contact the Business Office for an application. The Tuition Assistance program focuses exclusively on current families, as a way to support those who have already displayed a commitment to CCS. Although our Tuition Assistance program is limited, be assured that we are constantly at work to enhance those resources. Anyone wanting to help provide in this area, can contact our Development Coordinator, Lynnette Anderson, to make a tax deductible contribution.
