Alumnus of the Year

This prestigious award was presented to Mr. Nathan White, Class of 1998 based on the nominations received and his qualifications.

Nathan exemplifies the CCS mission statement which states that graduates will be…“academically prepared with a biblical worldview to take their place in the world as servants of Jesus Christ.”  His post-high school attitudes and accomplishments exemplify the character and competencies of the CCS Graduate Profile; and he displays intellectual, professional, and spiritual qualities that exhibit the ideals and values of CCS.

Nathan was among 9 students in the first CCS graduating Class in 1998.  He then continued his education by earning a Bachelor of Science in Management & Finances from Pensacola Christian College in Florida.  Nathan is currently working on his MBA at Sam Houston State University.

He lives in northwest Houston with his wife, Kaycee and son and daughter.  He faithfully serves on the leadership team at his church and has been instrumental in the growth of the congregation.  His Christ-like attitude shows in all that he does, whether it is at work or as an older brother to Stephen, Bethany & Charity, a son to Don and D.J. White, husband and father, or as a volunteer here at CCS.   His past involvement and leadership in the Alumni Association of CCS has been a blessing to the school and to former graduates.

Nathan’s life verse is Philippians 1:20  “I will eagerly expect and hope that I will in no way be ashamed, but will have sufficient courage so that now as always Christ will be exalted in my body, whether in life or by death.”

Congratulations, Nathan White!
